The Intention
Studio Cultivate is a culmination of different projects and initiatives I have found myself excited and sometimes obsessed over the previous years. While I have struggled in the past with communicating what it is I do and am currently working on. My goal is that this organizing effort delivers on both of those.
What is Studio Cultivate?
At Studio Cultivate we're committed to exploring, designing, and creating internal and external environments that foster ways to cultivate self and the environment. Reestablishing a culture around food and a food system that is in direct alignment with traditional techniques that promoted happiness, longevity, creativity, and connection.
The Blog
The intention for the blog is for it to serve as a communication media for sharing a collection of musings, projects, & initiatives that are currently taking shape and allow others to get involved if they so choose to.
On a more tactical level, I am going to try my best to limit this blog to musings and explorations at the intersection of food, community, health, and tea.
More specifically, the approach is to explore almost forgotten ways of living and how we can design and practice these ways to promote a happier and healthier life - more connected with ourselves, nature, and others.
Sharing this work in real-time will allow us to document the process and allow the space for feedback and refinements to be made.
Like the physical space, we are building and designing, this blog is to be used to share and test ideas. To co-create the design process directly with the community. With that being said your feedback and interaction with this blog or any of the other work we share is important.
Gratitude
I would like to take a moment to thank a few very important mentors and supporters who have encouraged and pushed me creatively over the years.

In the end, I hope that this blog is simply an invitation at the very least. A sip of curiosity that subtly provokes the mind to a shared sense of hope for a happier and healthier world.
Best,
Trent
